Ermina is an inspirational singer who shifts listeners to another time and place. A skilled musician, sound healer, and diverse artist, she is known for her evocative chants and original sacred songs for inspiration and meditation.
She has a harmonic overtone and is a throat singer with Gregorian, Tibetan, Tuvan, and other modes of vocal influences. Ermina's powerful, original tonal/overtone throat singing awakens ancient memories, bringing forth the creative spirit within us all and the regenerative power of Gaia, earth, the foundation of step and breath.
Ermina's musical works and art are created from a place of Love and Healing in her personal Toronto studio. Her compositions are otherworldly and support a serene, healing, and meditative environment for the spirit, mind, and body. She is a painter, weaver, and maker of sacred Malas for meditation, and her works are a reflection of her compositions.
She has been using sound healing for herself and others since 1993, beginning with the toning work, chanting, and later progressing to other methods of sound and movement with Spirit. She practices serenity vibrational healing, therapeutic touch, and Reiki with Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ as a Master Practitioner.
She is a certified Classical Hatha yoga instructor and incorporates yoga with her sound practice. She has taught yoga sound workshops, sharing her knowledge and style of healing with sound, body postures, and intention. Her work with Spirit expands through this. Ermina also enjoys helping other musicians complete their CDs through production and engineering process in her recording studio.
